We've put together some commonly asked questions to give you more information about SecureCo's Intelligent Voice Platform and the services we offer.

What countries are you able to service?

Today IVP is deployed in Australia and provides coverage for customers across ANZ with the ability to provide international toll-free and DID numbers. We are in the process of deploying into the USA, followed by the UK. This will expand our coverage to the USA, UK and surrounding countries over the course of FY2023.

Do I need to commit a minimum volume for inbound or outbound calls?

There is a commitment for the number of rentals and bundled minutes. However, you only pay for the calls you make.

Can  I scale up and down as I wish?

Yes – only pay for the minutes you use.

Do  I need to commit to a defined volume in a BYOC context?

It is up to you! SecureCo provides the option for a pay-as-you-go model (per minute), or you can commit to a monthly fee for a physical or virtual link.
